From what I can see on the 2025 DIC Election snapshot, currently there are 430 million tokens participating in the vote.
Of those, by far the biggest voting power comes from Eth Neiro, where they used 167 million tokens (1% of $DOG) to vote.
167m / 430m ≈ 40% of voting power.
So, yes Neiro Eth owns 1% of $DOG and roughly 40% of the votes on the latest voting snapshot
