This is the best place to share those thoughts.
We will listen over the coming weeks and allow the Own The Doge DAO and Atsuko to discuss, and, if desired, bring to a vote(s) for $DOG holders.
PROVENANCE solves all the PvP happening in the space. Being first and genuine community matters, power to the people and not vampire tokens/cabals.

I think if there is a discussion about who should get to use the IP it only makes sense it should go to the first Neiro. Provenance matters but more importantly purity matters. This is Doge’s legacy as well as Neiro’s IP - it shouldn’t be about how much money has been thrown behind ‘a project’ or who has been paid to promote it, it should go to the first. That is how IP works in the real world, you shouldn’t just be able to steal something and try to profit from it by throwing lots of resources at it. I hope Atsuko bears this in mind when she makes her decision on who can be lucky enough to deserve Neiro’s name

I know Provenance means a lot to your team, the Dogecoin team, and Atsuko. Therefore, we believe the Neiro IP should correspond with the first Neiro meme coin on-chain. This being the original Neiro with a dedicated community who’s mission has been to guard the legacy of Kabosu since the day Atsuko made her blog post announcing Neiro’s adoption.
Unfortunately, we have been up against several power-hungry forces who’s only goal was to usurp the narrative for a quick financial gain. I want to be 100% honest with all of you.
From the moment Neiro launched, I’ve been interested in investing in one of their projects. I took the time to analyze the available projects, their teams, the communities, their visions, and other factors before making a decision. Ultimately, I chose to invest in Neiro on Ethereum.
I aim to provide an objective perspective, minimizing any bias stemming from my own investment. Over time, I’ve observed closely, including the interactions among various Neiro communities, regularly following posts and updates from X, and learning as much as I could.
Here’s what I’ve gathered: there are four main Neiro tokens: Solana Bropump, another token on Solana, Neiro CTO, and Neiro on Ethereum. Since Dogecoin and Shiba Inu are Ethereum-based tokens, I decided against investing in the Solana-based Neiro tokens. That said, the Bropump community isn’t bad, but they’ve consistently engaged in negative behavior like criticizing other Neiro projects. Additionally, they lack a clear vision for improving the world and haven’t been very active in achieving meaningful goals.
Neiro CTO, on the other hand, was by far the worst project from the outset. They purchased an X (formerly Twitter) profile with 40-50k followers. Similarly, their Instagram page was bought, and while they marketed themselves as a “CTO,” it became evident from publicly available images that it was run by a team, not an individual. This same team has been linked to other unrelated projects. Their community was extremely toxic, filled with hostility and baseless attacks on other projects. Despite this, through some questionable alliances (e.g., with Justin Sun), they managed to secure a Binance spot listing with only $14M market cap and $1M trading volume an unprecedented scenario.
Finally, we come to Neiro on Ethereum, the project I decided to back. It has the largest community by far, with an active Telegram group where members have been engaging daily since launch. The group consistently ranks among the top chatter shield contributors, rallying support for the team. While the project received criticism for its bundled supply, the team has been transparent about this from the beginning, explaining their intentions to reinvest in the project rather than take advantage of the community. Over the months, this transparency has been validated through their actions: securing multiple listings, hosting charity events, organizing marketing campaigns, and more.
It’s worth noting that bundled supply, while potentially risky with a bad team, can be beneficial when handled responsibly, much like what we saw with Pepe. The Neiro on Ethereum team has consistently delivered, proving their commitment.
The most exciting aspect, in my view, is their vision. Neiro on Ethereum aims to build a revolutionary ecosystem to improve the lives of millions. You can read more about this in the manifesto written by Neiroshi, the project’s leader. Moreover, the team includes experienced members from the Shiba Inu project, who have a strong track record of driving positive outcomes.
For these reasons, my choice is Neiro on Ethereum.
By the way I’m open to discussion in the replies but kindly avoid generic, unsubstantiated comments like “scam” or “blah blah blah” copied from X raids without proper research.

I’ve been part of the @neirowoof community since day one. It’s the absolute first NEIRO to exist on the blockchain! Since then, I’ve learned so much and witnessed something truly special: a community fueled by passion. It’s organic, it’s decentralized, and it’s built by everyday people. The art, the music, the laughter… all of it born from a genuine love for the dog. Everything is real. We don’t care about chart!
At 45 years old, as a husband and father of two, I can say from the bottom of my heart that this journey with this community has become a source of joy in my life. My family supports me because we understand what this is truly about: people coming together to spread good energy and feel a sense of belonging. I got involved with Neiro CTO in the early days because of the tokens unique vision. I’ve watched this vision of charity and doing good with crypto in the real world evolve over the last few months into something larger than I could have ever imagined. It’s been amazing to see the team affect animal and human lives for the better. I see $Neiro as a catalyst that can bring about change in the crypto space for good. This project makes me think about how I can be a force for helping my community and that’s why I will continue to support its mission. For me Neiro represents something much bigger than money and I know this idea is what DOGE is all about. It’s all about the love.

I am an investor in the Neiro CTO on Eth. I believed in the narrative of Neiro but like many was undecided which one to choose for number of reasons.
I chose this one “late” but “early” in the grand scheme of things once I found out that Vitalik has sold and donated to charity and interacted with Neiro on x. This is what solidified my conviction on which to choose.
Neiro cto has been battle tested by many things. Fud, harassment from other communities, no Kol or influencer supporting us, being made fun of because we donated to charity and made Spotify songs but this was our entire Ethos. Do only good everyday.
Sentiment was not always high in the cto especially when others were getting more success. This is when Justin Sun stepped up and endorsed us as well.
Even with Vitalik and Justin Sun, it was still up in the air. Which neiro to choose? This was until Binance stepped up and supported us. They’ve given their reasonings but in short they don’t want to be late to strong narratives and did block chain analysis to pick a decentralized community.
Enough of the backstory though. Since Neiro’s inception we have been about charity and philanthropy and have donated over 200k to several animal shelters, disaster relief funds, orphanages, schools, and even kabosu4kids on Doge day
We have set up the Neiro foundation to take care of these charities for us and this allows anyone in the community the ability to do only good everyday. How? They can devise a plan for a charity of their choosing, put it forth to the team and see it through. This allows anybody the ability to do good.
Owning the IP for Neiro would help solidify any outstanding questions on which project is most sound. Whether we get it or not you can be that Neiro will continue to do only good everyday

Good people in charge. 
In terms of bropump neiro. Think everyone knows it was first on chain. It’s at $1.3m because unlike any other neiro we do not encourage huge amounts of supply control. Following in how DOGE was.
We have 5000+ memes. We had the largest community I’ve seen in a while. For 5 months we’ve stayed honest to tokenmoics and just been organic. Of course that meant the chart did what organic charts do. Dump! This gives $DOG people an entry lower than many in the community. DCA dca dca. We all bought our bags. No one has been airdropped. No kol. No member. You buy, and you work for your bags. For the legacy.
You want to bridge to base? Do it? Want to go out and paint a neiro painting? Do it! Want to make flags and walk in an nyc parade? Do it! Want to talk to an exchange? Do it!
Work for your community. For your bags. And for the legacy. You don’t need to ask. This is your token and no ones token.
I think it’s always been clear to most that there is no real centralised team. Just good people trying their best to protect the legacy of neiro and to act right in the crypto space. As such. Good people from $DOG can join the first neiro at anytime.
You’re welcome to join and be part of any movement. To protect the legacy. To do the right things for neiro as a token, and that starts at the token level, we don’t own 70% of supply. There’s no team tokens, we didn’t bundle or snipe or accumulate to manipulate a chart.

When I met neiro in Japan I realised just how special it is to be part of this token. It really is the legacy of the mother of all meme tokens.

It just goes without saying, the bropump NEIRO community is open and free and as such OTD community can join at anytime and become part of this family to push initiatives that really do allow the token to thrive and survive for years to come.
We’ve had discussions with T1 and major partnerships. But of course. We know money beat us too that. But we remain on their radar funnily enough. People always knew bropump neiro was something special.
There has been discussions with MM also, the biggest ones in the industry all showed interest. Many exchanges were in fact free, which was and is one of the most impressive things about BroPump NEIRO, as most tokens of a community don’t get that kind of recognition. I can say at $1.3M, the supply is the most decentralised and distributed on the market, there’s nothing safer of any NEIRO and with the token getting clear recognition, I can say that it’s likely you see a T1 once it moves into full force (I still think this is the biggest movement of this cycle, the “SHIB of this cycle”), there’s some T1 exchanges that are NOT listing Neiro tokens, that have been able to pay to play, question is why? Likely the obvious supply control, which has always been a negative for someone such as Coinbase. They’ve always taken a hard approach on such things. You’re also seeing the industry talk more and more about this.
So, as a community token, that can and has gotten it by sheer work and recognition, would be see a true provenance movement and a fair and open movement. There’s another ticker, I won’t name, that is also listing over and over with a similar message. I think this cycle is showing that these tenants are actually powerful and bro pump Neiro has always shared these. That token is at $1B all organic. Then we have $POPCAT at over $1B all organic.
Ultimately it is a question of, does the OTD community want to buy at the bottom, or at the top or mid of a token? That’s a discussion for everyone in OTD to have.
But provenance matters! IP + first + good people part of a token that no one entity owns and everyone owns. That’s bropump neiro.
Bropump Neiro (ça ends in bropump) anyone can participate and enact change or do anything. There’s no dev, there’s no team who control all the supply. We just need more good people. Like doge. The biggest things that everyone wants such as global recognition can be earned, but you must work and fight for them, something bro pump Neiro community members understand. It is that fighting spirit for the tenants of decentralisation, permission less access, distributed supply, open and fair, is what makes people claim ‘toxic’, of course to take a position and stand up for what is a legacy of the most decentralised L1 DOG coin of all time $DOGE is to go against those that want to centralise and profit off it, and as such, the ONLY fud that bropump Neiro receives is ‘toxic’, but it doesn’t receive, ‘centralised’, ‘inorganic’, ‘untruthful’, ‘shady’, ‘scam’, ‘inside job’, ‘KOL farm’, ‘billionaire pump and dump’ etc. Decentralisation and the truth is hard to stand up for, and stand up for it, we do, as such a label can be attached to those that want to stand for what’s good in crypto.
This isn’t a call to choose bropump neiro. This is just a message to say 1) So happy to see good people close to Atsuko can protect the IP and 2) If the $DOG community wants to be part of our community in anyway then you’re always welcome.
The unique thing about bropump neiro is that the community neiro and community OTD can be part of something huge within a few hours. As because anyone can enact good change or join bropump neiro, you just make it happen! That’s a true community token.
With all exisiting community being in favour of such a thing because well. Just more family members!
Of course the only thing we can’t offer is huge amounts of supply or money. But neither could doge. That’s special.

Hi OTD, it’s my first time replying here this has been weighing on my mind for so long, and I need to finally speak up.
My thoughts is : when it comes to something like Neiro’s legacy, it’s not about who’s got the deepest pockets or the slickest marketing. It’s about who was there first - who actually created this thing that everyone’s now fighting over.
Imagine you come up with this incredible idea, something that’s totally your own. Then suddenly, a bunch of people with money start trying to take it away from you. That’s not right. The first Neiro isn’t just some footnote in this story - they’re the heart of it.
This isn’t just about IP law. This is about respect. This is about honoring the original vision. When something special comes into the world, you don’t just let anyone grab it just because they can throw cash at it. The first creator - they’re the one who knows what this really means.
Atsuko’s got a big decision to make. And it should be simple:
