This is a draft-in-progress that I could use some guidance from with from the DIC.

In the past, the community has asked “what else can we wrap in doge?” The Maclaren is an icon…and what could be more iconic than that? Well, meet my friend, The Doge Van (his X handle is @ballsdeepindoge).

TDV drives a 2019 Dodge Caravan cross-country, transporting dogs to and from rescues and shelters. Last fall, I approached him about the idea of wrapping his van and making himself established as THE DOGE VAN.

I offered to draft up the idea on his behalf because he’s always on the road, and he has no idea what all of this is/how to do it (I just sprung it on him and told him I’d take care of it.)

WHAT AM I PROPOSING?

  • Design a Doge wrap for his Dodge
  • Location/company to do the wrap could be flexible
  • I believe the Maclaren was wrapped in Florida? Might help with design and pricing (I have zero experience in car mods).
  • Sponsor The Doge Van x OTD x Adoption (doge + dog + doges)
    • Incentivize as a per mileage basis? Or incorporate a QR code to track number of scans and interactions? Those are my loose ideas.
  • Earnings could provide maintenance and transportation costs/supplies, especially kennels
  • Should he ever expand, room for growth in exposure and ROI for both parties
  • Potential sponsorships with shelters/fosters to provide support and even more exposure to accept crypto/crypto donations directly
  • Opportunity to sponsor Shiba Inu shelters due to direct established relationships
  • Partner with MyDoge Wallet for shared costs/expand cross chain exposure :handshake:
  • Conquer the world

He started this just from the kindness of his own heart and a why not. He’s now grown this into a full-time profession. I’d love to see him be supported in an autonomous way for doing only good and dogs.

He drives a ton of miles and sleeps in his van while he’s transporting back and forth. The amount of exposure he has with just a car wrap would be huge.

Recently he onboarded a Shiba Inu rescue to accept doge so we could donate funds for the large number of dogs they took in from a mill.

I 100% agree that this is something that we should pursue! It aligns well with the Doge brand and of course with past projects we have done such as the McClaren. Always a gud thing imo to have many different avenues that allow us to spread the love of Doge and to get the word out there + I absolutely love that he is helping to transport/rescue doggos all across the country - very admirable & is a great example of D.O.G.E. :yellow_heart: :dog2:
