What you’re seeing is after months of many, many nefarious things happening to the community and nothing but difficulty. A light of hope for the people is emerging and their joy is radiating.

On August 21st, very early on the Neiro narrative, I donated 1 ETH to the Multisig Wallet for donations.
I am from Latin America and my family and I were in debt, renting our whole life and with unpaid students loans (me and my brothers). I’ve been in crypto for years but always getting rugged and scammed, until I found Neiro CTO ETH, a few days after launch, around 1.5M Marketcap, before Vitalik sold his airdrop, when S_pcptree took the lead!
I instantly realized the potential so I put myself to work using my knowledge on Blender and making 3D assets for Neiro + started raids with my fellow Neiro frens non stop. We all understood the assignment, often mocked and ridiculed by what we call the Cabal Neiro, while they flex their Perpetual Volume we persist with one goal, make crypto great and fair again, with charity donations.
After Vitalik sold during the New Moon, the plot thickens, and more people from all over the World, and with a strong community from Asia, NEIRO CTO slowly but steady started to flip Cabal, and the PvP intensified with the Cabal Neiro.
I had no doubt that this narrative is the winner of this cycle, so I double down on my 3D asset creations and shill efforts.
After Binance listing, my whole life changed, now I was able to afford a home, not a luxury mansion, but a solid, beautiful and big home for my family, finally paying all debt and changing an old deadbeat car for a brand new one (nothing fancy, but still, a new car!).
Now I am a proud home owner!
I gave back by making a donation worth 20,000 USDT to the Neiro ETH CTO Multi-sig wallet from my account, to help our little dog friends in need, like we’ve always did, from the start.
After that, on Nov 15th. I donated a total of $18,000 USD worth of food, medicine, implements and toys for dogs and cats for the San Francisco de Asís Refuge in Buenos Aires.
A total of 3,8 Tons of dog and cat food, 90 beds, 300 toys, flea collars + anti parasitic pills, dog diapers for our old friends and more! We helped over 400 dogs and 40 cats that are carefully protected and loved by this Organization and volunteers.
Another expression that Neiro CTO ETH is charity and love, run by the community members all over the World.

We’ve been doing that from day 1 as CTO, and me personally, when we were at 1M Marketcap, ridiculed by everyone.

Congratulations. Everyone must win. And from your words. You rode the narrative to over a billion then took profits.
You then used those profits to reward yourself a house and give back.
In that case. You’ve already won. Saying you need IP just to continue to win is interesting. As the Neiro bropump community has never won, because it’s not done anything that would speed up a win. Recognition of IP would be deserving for different reasons. Not “I spent so much money on charity”. Yes. You also rewarded yourself.
I’m happy to see you were able to buy a house and help your family. You got in at $1.5m. You’re still up almost 350x.

To be honest, what I’ve seen over these past few months are constant negative remarks coming from your group. The daily mission was to bring others down with nonstop harassment. People on your side eventually left, realizing that hating on others isn’t a sustainable path. Now, when talk of ‘hope’ emerges, it’s hard to pretend that everything has been innocent when the reality has been far from that. I don’t believe your intentions are pure, and it’s important to acknowledge the past and the mindset from the early days.

I’m happy for you and it’s also great to see you donated to charity, fantastic! But why not switch to the first neiro deployed on blockchain now and win again? We’re only at a 3M marketcap, why are you so hellbent on that neiro and not want to switch sides so we can all win together?
Neirowoof (bropump) is on the exact same page as your neiro, we want to do only good everyday, we have the same goal in mind so why not shake hands (or bropump ) and join as a team? (same goes for @0xBeMichael btw. both of you are very passionate about neiro and that’s great) We all have the same mindset but are in different projects. Hi everyone. I am from the bropump community and if I may suggest, why don’t the true Neiro Eth maxis join our group?
I think what’s evident is that Bropump has the strongest community behind the neiro name. But this doesn’t mean that we should undermine the people from neiro eth that are also genuinely behind the neiro name and want to do good. Though what’s obvious is that the number of the members in neiro eth that are genuinely behind the neiro name is much less than our group.
These members can join our group and benefit significantly due to the very low market cap of our coin. This way, god willing, when bropump hits a much larger market cap, we can have even a stronger community than now and have more financial resources and assistance to do good.
The reverse would not be a good alternative (bropump joining neiro eth) given the very high market cap of the coin. Nor would it be very optimal for OTD, Atsuko and the other parties involved, as the neiro eth’s ability to do more than a 3-5x from here is unlikely. So in short, without sounding selfish, but rather objective, I truly believe from both a financial perspective and community perspective everyone would benefit the most if the neiro eth maxis join bropump, and then we have the IP dedicated to bropump. This way, all those that truly deserve to win, will win and we will be that much stronger. As one.

Longtime OTD contributor here- Project Manager for Doge Day '23 and for the design/build of the Doge Statue (funded by a decentralised group and lots of token holders from many Dogely communities).
I just wanted to chime in, after reading approx 1B characters including spaces. Shoutout to ghostwriter Chat GPT.
This is surely a wild time, and we’re witnessing a conversation between parties looking to secure their bags. That’s the reality of the crypto space.
The original purchase of the Doge NFT by PleasrDAO was certainly their attempt to secure a bag… but The Doge NFT has always been bigger than that, whether they clocked it or not. Now that Pleasr has handed over their supply (thanks to Path sorting out the tokenomics), OTD is the community run DAO that stewards the legacy of the Doge meme, as verified with provenance on the blockchain.
Atsuko Sato just adopted a dog, then posted a photo on her personal blog, then the photo became a meme on reddit, then it became Dogecoin. The only thing she chose was to share a photo. Minting her original photos as NFTs and auctioning them off was the first time Atsuko regained agency of her intellectual property, and now she has shared the IP with OTD.
We (OTD and Atsuko) believe that Kabosu was sent here to do good, to inspire and uplift. Atsuko has given millions to charity, and still lives a humble life as a kindergarten teacher. She is far removed from the trenches, and I’m glad she is not involved in this conversation because she’s better than this. She’s the best of us.
OTD has the important task of stewarding the legacy of the meme Atsuko unknowingly birthed. It is our duty to protect the values of the meme (wholesomeness, acceptance of all, doing good, loving animals) and increasing the MC of $DOG allows the DAO to make a greater positive impact on the world. That positive impact has always been, and will remain the mission of OTD. As Path shared, we cannot afford to taint our reputation or that of the OG meme.
Communities of bagholders are full of diverse people (generally skewing to younger, tech-savvy, risk-tolerant types), so of course in each community you will find people with good hearts, and those with selfish mentalities. There are no doubt $DOG holders who seek to make financial gain above all else. That’s the beauty of crypto, anyone with the internet can play the game.
It goes without saying though, that every single Neiro token existing was not created in good faith. Someone saw that Atsuko posted a photo of a new dog and thought, “I can make money here.” That is undoubtably the motivator for the token creators and early holders (as well as KOLs, MMs, CEXs, etc who have got involved along the way). They took a Kindergarten teacher’s pet photo and made it a coin.
It’s nice to see people being kind and grateful in this chat, for the most part. However, what happens if, for example, there is a vote and $DOG holders choose one Neiro token to be stewards of the Neiro IP? How sour does everyone become? Everyone here is fighting for their bag to stay afloat, just like the token creators.
The fact that anyone thought it was ok to make a coin in Neiro’s name, without the express permission from Atsuko is gross in my opinion, and reminds me of the original Doge image running away from her.
So now the Neiro communities are adopting the values of OTD and the Doge meme, to show how aligned their community is with us, in an attempt to “unsmear” themselves. This is to be expected.
I don’t know what the best outcome is. I am in the trenches too. I understand why each community wants to fight for this. Despite disagreeing with the creation of all Neiro tokens, I don’t want to see a situation where one or more tokens crash to zero and potentially good people who were just playing with tokens, trying to achieve financial freedom, suddenly lose a significant % of their NW because of this.
However, I’m always inclined to back an underdog, and would hypothetically be interested in OTD submitting a cease and desist against the Neiro that was listed on Binance. Perhaps it’s not a do-only-good-everyday action, but I would like to see how IP rights impact CEX listings of unverified tokens claiming the rights of someone else.
I am interested in the soulbound NFT idea. Perhaps holders of all Neiro tokens could receive this, and be eligible for future drops/discounts/opportunities created by OTD. This could mean that even if a particular token/community loses out in this conversation, they still have something to gain, and it is backed by the holders of the Doge and Neiro IPs.
I hope this discussion leads to the most wholesome, fair, and impactful resolution. I know there will be a lot of disgruntled doggos though, no matter what happens, so let’s try to keep vibes high and focus on the mission: Do Only Good Everyday.

As someone who came into this space as somewhat of a normie (2 month before Neiro came to be), I’m extremely grateful that I somehow by the grace of God maybe, found my way to this incredible community & had the prelivelge to participate in something like this. Before Bropump, I had never used TG(or knew what it was even for) barely even thought to use Twitter/X, & had no idea about the unethical practices within crypto or what it even meant to be part of a real crypto community. I never imagined that someone like me—a plumber in the real world—would find myself immersed in learning how to make memes??
, content, re-igniting my creative side which burnt out sometime ago(am also a musician/producer/composer), but here I am, connecting with people worldwide who I feel genuinely live the values of D.O.G.E on a fundamental level, & feeling like I’ve found a second family.
The energy that Bropump had from the start was other worldy, & it’s that same energy that continues to inspire me and many others in our growing & thriving community. I’ve always believed in doing good for the sake of it, without expecting recognition, but also standing up to call out injustice when it occurs infront of you not only in crypto, but in real life. Those are some of the values that I align with, & must be what drew me towards this community & havr kept me & many others here against all odds. Now they’re what make me invest not just with money, but with my time, heart, and soul, my life.

More importantly execution of the process can help compound any effort. Neiro CTO started like any other community take over without funding, but through correct execution and community work we were able to be successful.
1. Set Up of Multisig: Community-Funded Mission
Neiro CTO set a example by creating a multi-sig wallet that allowed the community to fund the development of the Neiro community. On August 21, when the multi-sig was set up, the market cap was around 15 million, and 51 donations were made that day. Over the following week, 144 addresses contributed, amounting to 0.75% of the token supply, which was valued at approximately 150k USD at that time. As the market price increased, the multi-sig wallet’s value grew, highlighting the community’s belief in the long-term success of Neiro.
Importantly, these donations were driven by the community, with members contributing their own purchased tokens, embodying the concept of a community fund.
2. Messaging to Centralized Exchanges (CEX): Community, Decentralization, & Fairness
Neiro CTO’s messaging to centralized exchanges (CEXs) was driven by the core values of community, decentralization, and fairness in the memecoin space. The community’s efforts were instrumental in pushing for listings on platforms like Gate.IO, HTX, OKX, and Binance, especially when these exchanges listed other versions of Neiro on ETH. The team’s consistent follow-ups and the community’s passionate engagement emphasized why the community-driven Neiro CTO should also be considered for listing.
This relentless messaging created awareness and support, helping Neiro secure these listings. Neiro’s success wasn’t just about “making noise,” but making the right kind of noise—one that resonated with people and invited support.

The Neiro community took charge of the fundraising efforts through a series of 25 give-back events. These events supported various causes, including animal welfare, natural disaster relief, and children’s initiatives. Anyone from Neiro could request a donation, and the team facilitated the process to make these donations more accessible. Importantly, these efforts were fueled by the community’s kindness and desire to give back to their local communities, rather than being driven by the team itself.

Thanks for this! You back us and we will back you in force, that’s always been the case. Just look at the slingshot when that app started, we were the first community to REALLY put in getting that app a boost, now it’s taken off. We have now verified DOG tokens and ElonRWA on this app as a community.
I do not know if this is aimed at the bropump Neiro community but here’s my reply for such a thing:
We at bropump Neiro have fought for fair supply, open access, no corners cut, people to win, community to be the focus etc for 5 months we built resilience into our culture and community. The TRUTH matters.
$DOG, adopted DOGE culture and added your own twist.
We at Neiro bropump created our own with different values from different experiences. We’re not a copy of $DOGE culture. we deeply respect it. We rarely say “do good everyday” we have 5 or more well known slogans of our own. We have 5000+ memes of our own. We built our own path.
Ultimately if Neiro bropump is chosen. It would be all holders that would adapt to our culture if they are holders. As this is a Neiro token discussion. Of course we start to shift and flow with the movement.
In regards to “saving bags” we’re all here to make money. But as the chart is -97% and the community is by far the loudest and growing. It’s about mission, purpose and people.
We don’t cut corners, we forge new paths, and we work REALLY HARD, to EARN what we get, this is the relative success of MEGA TOKENS.
I agree In your opinion on the Binance listing. A look at the history would back your point.
We are good cross pollinating communities. But we are not the same communities. Each with its own unique individuals and purpose.
$DOG was and is the value of the most known image of Kabosu, it’s got its own IP and Charity focus.
$NEIRO bropump has its meme token, community participation and movement focus. Which is why you see people onboarding family and friends, waving flags in the street. Telling people “Crypto has been unsafe, join a community that puts fairness into its tokenomics and wants everyone to win!”, “If you hold, I’ll hold with you”. Delusional bulls.
In that regard, DOG holders bring their purpose. We bring our own. And we hopefully make the ecosystem better for both. We just so happen to share a lot of that genuine human spirit that makes crypto so great. That’s where we cross pollinate well.
If anyone thinks that adopting all of DOGE culture and just trying to make NEIRO the same, it will not work. Culture takes time, it takes stress, it takes high points and low points and it must be organic, or just won’t work. If the Neiro bropump community takes some culture from the DOGE and DOG communities, and in return these communities take some from NEIRO, massive win.
An easy example of this is GIGA, its goal is to promote masculine ideals, self care and stoicism. Miggles promotes the creators on BASE and wants to assist them to be more recognised. Neiro bropump wants everyone to win, to feel safe, to feel what they got within bropump was fair, so that when they participate, they participate with genuine purpose.
