Neiro IP Discussion

First of all, I want to congratulate ownthedoge for officially securing the IP of NEIRO.

This is one of the longest posts about NEIRO I’ve ever written but I hope everyone takes the time to read it to the end :

Perhaps some of you know me under the name @kiththeking on X.

As I’ve mentioned, some members of ownthedoge community interacted with this account in the past.

My posts primarily focused on uncovering the history behind each NEIRO tokens and exposing what others desperately tried to hide.

In just a few months, they accumulated over 4M views, with one post alone reaching 1.2M views.

Unfortunately, certain individuals frustrated that the truth was coming out mass-reported my account leading to its suspension.

My posts, along with the account, were taken down without explanation or response from X.

The consequence was that no new people could access my investigations to form their own opinion.

This gave free rein to various KOLs, exchanges, and liars to spread their misinformation with the aim of manipulating a vulnerable and inexperienced audience.

But the truth can’t be erased. Screenshots of those posts remain available for anyone who wishes to see them.

Regarding the IP and more broadly the journey within Bropump NEIRO, this marks the conclusion of a long quest for truth we’ve shared together.

2024 has been a challenging year for me personally and this news brings huge relief.

It closes a chapter and lets me turn the page on one of the hardest periods of my life.

The fact that this IP is now finally in the right hands is the culmination of months of work, sacrifice, and deep reflection.

More than five months ago, I put all my personal projects on hold to join Bropump NEIRO (The OG one) and actively participate in its community.

This choice wasn’t simply because it was the first onchain NEIRO created.

It was because I could see with my own eyes, that something greater was happening here.

Something that surpassed any project I had been part of before.

The collective energy of passionate retail investors inspired by DOGE the pioneer in this space.

It’s this spirit of decentralization, freedom, and equal opportunity shared and infused by all holders that gave this meme its unique soul.

Among all the people who contributed to this project which is bigger than any of us and will be remembered for years, I will never forget you.

The relationships I built helped me grow, learn, and find answers to long-unanswered questions.

You’ve also allowed me to fulfill one of my dreams :

To contribute to a project that will leave a mark in history for future generations.

I owe this passion to my father who like me is a history enthusiast.

Knowing this, I wanted to make him proud and show that his son could play his part in shaping history.

Now, that dream has been realized.

From the beginning, my fight wasn’t just to promote Bropump NEIRO but to protect the dog and its owner from those who exploited its image for personal gain.

I fought above all for JUSTICE and for the PEOPLE.

This has been the story of my life, I’ve always fought because I love the energy that flows through me when I stand up for a just cause.

It’s what drives me, what gets me up every morning with the goal of making a difference.

Do you really think any of us in this community could have held on for five straight months without that energy?

Without having a “WHY” a reason far greater than just making money?

That’s exactly what makes our community special. Its core members are pure and filled with good intentions.

Intentions to change things for the better.

Today brothers, your sacrifices are finally rewarded because good has triumphed over evil.

The future of NEIRO is now in the hands of people with hearts and intentions as pure as ours.

It’s time to pass the baton so we can all finally breathe and take care on our personal lives.

Many of you, without naming names need this. Your families miss you and want more time with you now that our fight has ended.

The legacy of DOGE and NEIRO has been saved.

They can no longer be tools for a select few exploiting their image for their own interests.

The truth once called “FUD” or “TOXIC” by some has finally prevailed.

The true winners are the ones we’ve always defended :

:arrow_right: Neiro and Atsuko

I have complete faith in ownthedoge and its DAO to make the right decisions for their future.

By extension, they’ll end the PVP forced upon us by those who tried to hijack this narrative.

These harmful practices as seen with many other memes have poisoned our ecosystem.

Their decisions hold the power to shape the future of memecoins and establish respect for intellectual property in this space.

This could very well become the catalyst for mass adoption of memecoins, where IPs and communities work hand in hand.

I love you all

Congrats on the IP rights! I trust in the otd team and community to do what is right, whatever that outcome may be.

I just want to say that the @neirowoof community has forever changed my life regardless of any outcome. The true commitment and support that this community radiates is unparalleled and unique and, in my opinion, true to the spirit of doge.

Godspeed everyone!

im tired of this whole concept that which one is real which one is not.
but honestly Neirowoof is the real one because we always look for the first one on any chain,
so whatever after neirowoof is just a copy,
if we are talking about the next DOGE or the sister to DOGE so again its neirowoof because its people’s token exactly like DOGE and that 1b mc neiro on ETH is cabal asf i wish they dont buy OWNTHEDOGE too with money as they bought binance and …

Hello to all of the (such many) Neiro newcomers! As a long-time OG community member here, I’d like to introduce myself and welcome you all.

[My internet is down (“being repaired” so they say), so enjoy this rare gift of a long post]

I love the enthusiasm! I’m still not aware of how many different tokens and communities exist, but there are some of you I’ve interacted with online, and even a few I’ve met in person.

Regardless of whatever ticker you label yourself with, all are welcome.

I would like to direct everyone’s attention to the main attraction: https://www.ownthedoge.com/

Here you can read about the history, the ethos, and all the dogely lore we stand behind as a community.

The reasons I’ve dedicated years of my life to this space is out of pure love and fun. It’s about making absurd ideas a reality. It’s about making the world feel whole again.

Sure, market caps and all of that matters, but it’s nothing if the vision doesn’t surpass that.

My suggestion to all of you would be this: What is it that you want to do? What type of real-world impact do you envision?

So here’s my end-all response and proposal to all of the rants about whoever “was first” or “the best” (because all of you are equal in perpetuating the same cycle of monetizing through tokenization of another person’s life/content without their permission, regardless of intentions):
Would you be willing to burn all of your (neiro)tokens for $DOG?

(I know it’s insane, but hear me out) This proposition would seek out the most dedicated community and signify a true absorption/adoption into one single unit under DOG.

[Please don’t ask me how the tokenomics would hypothetically work either…I’m just an ideas person, and fairness would also have to play a huge part I’m not mathematically capable of.]

I really appreciated reading your post on X and I’m glad that I’m able to reply here!

Please stick around on here because your input would be very valuable

Hypotheticals aside and tokenomics, it would hurt to burn the CA starting with CT (community takeover) and ending in BROPUMP, I dunno why I feel such a strong attraction to the CA, it’s almost become something that became my life for 5 months and together started thousands of bropump memes that became a rallying call for connection and meaning (a catch phrase of purpose). Really brought so many of us together for a purpose, a simple string of letters and numbers. It’s actually a little ridiculous to feel such a connection to what was a random 1 in 650 million chance.

Outside of that, yes, I would because well, if it’s good for the collective, if it’s good for Neiro, then it’s part of the lore and journey. If it was any other CA I wouldn’t think twice with that question. I do love owning a $NEIRO ticker.

It is more than just a token to me. It’s decentralised. It was fair. It was first. I am personally here for NEIRO. Neiro bropump mission is special to me. I love this token and its people and what they stand for. That’s a difficult one to answer as it is my first token and I love it.

When I first heard about Neiro, I immediately knew this was going to be the next top memecoin. I started searching for the “first” Neiro and stumbled upon Neiro Solana (bropump). I joined all the communities and spent the last 6 months observing and getting to know everything.

I must say that the only true community is Neiro on the Solana chain (bropump). It’s made up of regular people, people without a lot of money, who work every single day to push their bags. Every meme, every text, all the engagement—it was never bought with money.

Over the past 6 months, this community has truly grown close to my heart. Even though we haven’t seen success in terms of market cap, we’re still here—fighting against price manipulation and scammers. For me, Neiro has become a symbol that “ordinary people” can stand together and refuse to accept what’s been happening in the meme space.

Let’s face it—99% of new memes are scams or pushed by people with deep pockets. I debated whether I should even mention this because I’m not a fan of PVP, but I’m speaking from the heart, so I need to say it.

Congratulations to the “Own the Doge” community for acquiring the Neiro IP. My only hope is that, this time, the community’s voice will be heard, and that money and influence won’t push it in the wrong direction again.

Do good every day.
With love,
Dennis

I think this is a really good place to start a conversation at and collectively think beyond what any ticker signifies.

Doge encompasses all. Doge means love.

Ho, i am the sculptor of the coin NEIRO #bropump
I bought neiro many months ago, the community immediately gave me the love to try to make my contribution, we had many battles bigger than us, I was amazed that our capital withstood 1.3 Million, and after the news of the IP, our beautiful chat-community, we came together “automatically” AUTOMATICALLY, organically

I would like to talk about many things without going overboard in making a post or an answer that is too long. But it really is a post in which I must really be honest with DeFi and what Kabosu and Atsuko represent for millions of us.
We are not just talking about tokens. Whoever believes that we are, perhaps should read beyond my words and understand that where thousands of us come from is DeFi , not cryptocurrencies . I will not talk about tokens.

Legacies are to be taken care of, to be protected. To continue growing and expanding what we learn as a community (one community, we must be an indivisible part of financial freedom). This is what our predecessors and those who have built true paths always wanted so that everything we do today, including this post, is one more step so that we can take what belongs to us by right, again, it is freedom.

Doge and his legacy have been traveling with me for many years. The representation of meme culture, of the vibrant community. The representation that together we really are an unstoppable force, where respect, education and teaching and above all , empathy for your community brothers and sisters, are what motivates you to build, to design, to do beyond your wallet in metamask. Today the Doge family is one more with whom I share my life. People who are with me and who are my true friends.

But the legacy did not stop there, because the Shiba Inu are wonderful beings, intelligent and with an overwhelming personality and they need to run and feel free.
And in that race, Shiba Inu appeared with the force of a new titan. And I repeat, I’m not talking about tokens. I’m talking about community.
Since I’m an active participant in Shiba Inu and its ecosystem, as a Shib channels admin and participant in many other things, I am fully aware of the importance of what the community is. It’s all about community.
Everything we do. Building. It’s about building. It’s about learning, about doing it again and about having in our hands as a community, the clear representation of the future of what is ours by decree. Bridges to other communities, ties that unite us and protect us from centralization and its manipulative tools that go against everyone. EVERYONE. Include yourself.

Shiba Inu, from Kabosu , Doge , Shiba… I am Shiba Inu. My soul meets those requirements that I believe should govern DeFi together.

And it is at this point, where I will divert the “personal” part to focus my attention on what I defend and represent today, and it is not a token. It is a community again. A real community.
And I am not going to focus this speech on saying whether this one or the other one is worse or better. If we make the mistake of doing that, we will lose the opportunity for someone to read what we truly want and represent. I doubt that Atsuko, Kabosu or Neiro want to ever feel involved in a “pseudo-war” to find out who is first. Personal names do not come before communities.
So I want to talk about what I see from experience. What I know is tangible. What I can truly share. Not a speculation about whether “that one says, does or does not do.
Let us be aware, let us be a legacy.

When I arrived in Neiro On Ethereum, the first thing I saw was not a record in fastest MC or a great expansion to top-level CEX (both of which are necessary for the project to be sustainable, at least to know it thoroughly).
The first thing I saw was that there, we shared a community of friends from Doge , from Shib, from many other communities that had been “at odds” in the crypto-sphere.
For a moment, I contemplated something that my mentors had never contemplated either. Shiba Inu Communities together. From one woof to another woof. Neiro had achieved that.
For that reason and from my experience, I knew instantly that something wonderful was happening.

I am aware of the crypto sphere. I know that hype surrounds us in a market that goes by trends. Yes, the meme market is a market that moves at the speed of light and unfortunately, in a large proportion it is a simple trend. Many developers know that and launch dozens of tokens with a name that is trending at that moment waiting for the meme to become a project with a decent capitalization, if not, you can all open Dextools and see how many “ hype names ” do not even make it to the first 24 hours if they are not a rugpull. I am aware and as an investor, I usually skip the hype section and focus on projects with a clear LONG TERM vision.
And the first rule you must follow before even knowing about a presumed expansion, is the community. Because they are off- trend. They are not even part of that category. Communities are often the precursors to something beautiful happening.

And I knew that something wonderful was happening, because beyond the hype of the moment with Neiro (and the expansion of dozens of Neiro tokens), there was only one in particular that met the requirements to not be a hype and be simply another token with a trendy name.

Neiro On Ethereum, there was a team that was taking the token to all places. Not only CEX, partners involved in creating bridges, interoperability, cross-chain , creating the first foundation in ETH from where ALL of us can contribute to helping those who need it most. Neiro On Ethereum, he also exposed the principle of a decentralized ecosystem where usability is the greatest driver of the project, in rural areas without connection, providing resources where they are really needed. In places that are never fashionable because the centralized world has forgotten them.

The team showed that they had not chosen a name at random or simply because it is one more. The team already had that ecosystem and its collaborators and associations prepared long before. Not the name. Sure.
The team has continued to demonstrate - despite this “senseless warto see who has the longest tail - that what matters is the community. Not even fighting on networks or returning the ball on other people’s roofs. IT’S NOT ABOUT THAT.
Creating a movement beyond the meme. Again.

I am someone who deeply values decentralization as something that must be shared, that must be transparent, indivisible, but at the same time organic. So that no one can go two steps ahead of us. And within that love and respect for DeFi , I again look to Neiro On Ethereum as one of the most powerful tools I know (the great ecosystem they have begun to present).
And I know a few powerful tools. I am an active part of them.

I do not contemplate at all that this will not be carried out, because I know that the team, regardless of “a winner of a beautiful name”, will continue working for something bigger than them or me, will continue working for the community. So, I am still here. And I will continue here as part of the legacy that I protect.

Perhaps in this corner of DeFi a name will be decided. But the community was already decided before we all knew it. Nobody decides that. It is something that happens when the elements in DeFi converge to a point where fashions, flags, religions or genders do not matter. Nor the decisions of a leader, a DAO, a hype or an “important” CEX.

The relevant thing about everything will always be what unites us as the best possible tool to continue living moments like this over the years. Utilities, expansion, bridges and solutions, financial freedom. COMMUNITY.

It’s all about community
I am part of that community that simply continues a legacy that we must take care of, and it is called Color of the Sound. And it is on Ethereum.
Neiro On Ethereum.

Hugs to everyone, everyone. We are a community. All of us. This is what legacy want.

Lovely words.

But Shib began as the “dogecoin killer,” so selectively ignoring that narrative in favor of others sticks out to me.

Unfortunate history, but it sparked a lot of hatred and tribalism within a lot of communities that I’m still actively a part of.

And I’m not about to pretend that Jan 2021 never happened.

I refuse to be quiet so others can become your exit liquidity.

This is why I talk about legacy. If we are conscious of uniting instead of separating, there will be no more wars in DeFi.
Love Always First.

Cheers and thanks for your reply.

Whatever is decided upon by votes in the dao, should IP licensing be granted to a “winner” neiro coin:
can we also make a stipulation in a contract that with every tweet communication to the public they include a small print at the bottom e.g. ip licensed from ownthedoge/atsuko?
Can we also have a strike system, where if x amount of strikes occur, the IP licensing is revoked via contract/public communication?

If the ‘legacy’ was never intended to impose death on another, then the conversation has to start there. The beginning.

Thank you for sharing your insights and we are glad to have someone with your experience and passion involved with the OTD DAO and Atsuko San.

In response to your idea…

It’s very tough to burn what is something I hold dear. I owned DOGE and DOGE is an amazing community of decentralisation as a purpose, could I burn my NEIRO? No.
I am attached to it like I have never been to another token. Could I get someone to burn their BTC or DOGE in the first days that they spent fighting for it? It’s a fight for decentralisation and fairness. After 5 months of nothing but down and still fighting for what’s right in what we consider ‘guardians of legacy’. It’s engraved into the token itself.

DOGE is not like NEIRO to me, they’re very different and different communities. I couldn’t burn my NEIRO.

The $DOG NFT became it’s own new DAO after some years of stewardship by a different group, and as Path put it in a different thread, the mismanagement was something the OTD is/was trying to fix. The same could happen to NEIRO IP if it isn’t thinking in the best interest of that IP. I see the same with Miggles people, they think in best interest of Miggles IP. You really want a bunch of people that really do genuinely care for the best for NEIRO IP and the community at large.

People that are attached to the tenets of NEIRO BROPUMP are attached to the token itself, that’s what makes it such a strong mission based token. It’s fought for decentralisation, fairness, free and open supply and to truly act in a way that encompasses good behaviour in crypto.

A lot of goodwill has been invested into NEIRO BROPUMP brand by the community over the last five months in terms of 5,000+ memes, MP3 songs and community building and irl onboarding. Also worth mentioning that the NEIRO name has spread across the internet. This invaluable intangible asset would be lost.

Furthermore, to ask me to BURN that is to ask me to burn something I care about deeply. It was never about IP, it was about a proper mission and staying pure to that. Recognition.

Now there could be a discussion of how $NEIRO and $DOG benefit each other, and ultimately Atsuko herself. But to burn NEIRO to build up another would destroy a community and remove attachment people had, and that effectively removes most of the community building and power the token has in the first place.

$NEIRO needs to benefit everyone and evolve, it could become it’s own massive community with it’s own ethos.

I think what was proposed before, at $1.3M market cap and with what is honestly the only NEIRO that stayed pure, OTD people can join and become part of the community and control the future of what could be one of the biggest tokens ever. IP is great, community is greater. And there’s no hierarchy at Neiro bropump, anyone can join and participate.

Thanks :pray:t3:

Thank you for this response. I must say, it always brings me the same joy to see that my posts have brought value beyond our Bropump NEIRO community.

This is exactly why I’ve dedicated so much time on X to inform as many people as possible about what’s really happening behind the hype surrounding NEIRO tokens.

No matter what the OTD community decides for NEIRO’s future, I’ll remain in the corner no matter what.

After five months of this adventure, I feel like I fully belong to its story, which is only just beginning.

Looking forward to exchanging more and getting to know you better.

So everyone in the Doge community or OTD should automatically accept the umpteenth doge alt just because?

Relationships don’t work that way.

It is wise to recognize when something is wrong. And I believe that Shiba has stopped using the “Doge Killer” as a motto for years to focus on its own ecosystem.
Returning to the legacy, that belongs to all of us. I am part of Shib, so I am aware that my apologies for “trying to kill Doge as a motto” is common sense and should serve to build in favor of what we all represent, DeFi. Communities that converge into one to safeguard what matters most. Greetings.
