OTD Community Code

One of the things I value the most about the Own The Doge community is our ethos.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Doge is a force for good in the world.

At OTD, we’ve committed since Day 1 to being a unifying factor in the Doge community, striving to embrace wholesomeness, silliness, and truly helping dogs and kids around the world. Atsuko is proud.

A silly yellow dog made us laugh and now we steward this image, community, and culture bridging all aspects to help our members do good in all aspects of life.

All that said, we still have our challenges in upholding our community spirit and values as we’ve grown from 20,000 to over 1 million holders this year.

So, I’d love to hear from the community on what shared values are most important to them.

We’ve already been circulating this community code of conduct in Discord and Telegram, but I’d love to get more input and have us realign and collectively uphold our reputation as the most wholesome, positive community in Doge and frankly the entire meme world.

Please share your thoughts as comments either here or directly in the community code doc: OTD Code of Conduct - Google Docs

I’d like to instill the international order of the pancakes

Integrity
Humbleness
Optimism
Party

Each layer bears weight upon the next, and they must be aligned to stay stacked together.

Every individual is responsible for maintaining their own stack or else they risk collapsing those around them as well.

Don’t ruin another person’s right to party.
