Neiro IP Discussion

I want to address something that I think is crucial for this decision regarding the Neiro IP.

Communites like the bropump community has shown, through their actions and discussions in voice chats, what their true motivation is: it’s not about representing DOGE’s legacy, but about artificially inflating their market cap. Their lack of strategy, planning, or concrete proposals makes it clear that they are not focused on building real-world value or reflecting the true ethos of DOGE.

Yes, they claim to have a strong community, but let’s be honest…every Neiro project can say the same. A community without structure, leadership, and actionable goals is just noise. Other Neiro projects have proven to have real teams, knowledgeable people, and focused efforts on creating tangible benefits. These projects, even if they have been accused of insider trading or other issues, have the expertise and resources to bring value to DOG holders and the DAO.

This decision isn’t about fairness or morality—it’s about capability. Which team can handle this IP and maximize its impact for DOGE holders and the wider crypto community? The answer lies with the teams that are well-capitalized, highly organized, and driven by real-world goals, not just token price speculation.

If we truly care about DOGE’s legacy and the idea of Doing Only Good, the IP should go to the Neiro project that has the proven capability to create something meaningful. This is not about choosing the most ‘fair’ option; it’s about choosing the right one for the long-term success of DOGE and Neiro

You’re basically saying to choose a “cabal” with money and connections over the people. If the legacy of DOGE and the name of NEIRO were to be carried by people like that, then this industry is absolutely doomed.

Same here, how can people who believe in “Doing Only Good Everyday” give up on fairness or morality just for money? If it were only about money, I think this discussion wouldn’t even have a place.

We can do many good things together with $Neiro IP, we dreamed of making our own energy drink company in the early days @Neirowoof and i do believe with OTD and Atsuko by our side and all good people together we can have a great impact on the world organicly, with a “Do Only good everyday” slogan on our Drinks we can spread the Ethos and love all over the world and all profits go to Dog and Atsuko and variable charities they choose FOREVER, we set up a fixed structure for this💪. In the End the Neiro IP should stay and can stay with OTD and help steer the ship @Neirowoof on all these great ideas on this forum organicly. We dont need the IP to keep doing good like we wanted from the start with OTD we know its stil in good hands, but we need to stop the Kabal milking innocent people with Neiro:100: like myself im from South Africa and have many ways on how i want to do good everyday, like example i know the Round Table people in Sa and they also have the Same Ethos as Doge and are 100% known for their charitable work all over the world. Imagine we partnered with them:man_shrugging: we bridge the good people in Crypto world together with the good people in the real world :heart:and together we can achieve so many great things and change the world for the better :muscle: For me the fighting should have never happened their was 1 community from the start that had Ethos close to heart and was organic and still is. Hope we can soon be done with this and start changing the world together. This all from the bottom of my heart i thank you for this great opportunity and im Honored to be part of this Historical moment:heart: May God Bless you all and remember Do good Everyday

My point wasn’t to ignore morality or fairness, but rather to highlight that a successful project needs both strong values AND the ability to deliver real results.

That being said, I’ve noticed that a lot of the arguments here are driven by emotions—and not necessarily emotions about the legacy of the dog, but about fairness and the constant focus on concepts like ‘Purity’ and ‘Provenance.’ These are important, and I don’t disagree with their significance, but I think they’ve been overemphasized to the point where we’re losing sight of what really matters here.

At its core, this decision isn’t just about being ‘pure’ or fair—it’s about finding the right balance between authenticity, practicality, and real-world impact. If we focus too much on abstract ideals like Purity, we risk choosing a project that can’t deliver on the tangible benefits this IP deserves.

Additionally, it’s crucial that whoever is in charge of this IP has the necessary knowledge and expertise to utilize it effectively. Managing an IP isn’t just about good intentions; it requires strategic thinking and a clear understanding of how to create value with it. Frankly, this isn’t something we’ve seen consistently demonstrated across all communities claiming to represent Neiro.

The DAO needs a team that can uphold DOGE’s legacy while also creating measurable value for the DAO, $DOG holders, and the wider crypto space. Provenance and Purity matter, but they shouldn’t overshadow the need for competence, strategy, and execution.

Let’s aim for a choice that reflects both the values of DOGE and the ability to achieve meaningful impact. At the end of the day, the best way to honor DOGE is to pick a project that truly delivers on the promise of Doing Only Good Every Day… not just one that feels ‘pure’ or ‘fair’ in theory

Don’t worry about that, man. We have many smart and good people in the community from all over the world who can manage IP properly and realize its full potential.

Not only that. Anyone can join at anytime. I hope more good people do. Especially those well versed in IP partnerships.

Can you outline which neiro you’re supporting. As that’s the second comment in here that made a long thread about why not Neiro bropump without saying which project they support.

Then make sure to bring those people into the spotlight! Love and passion are great, but they won’t have much impact if they aren’t showcased properly. Speaking as someone who isn’t a holder of any of this coins and is still undecided about who should get the IP, it would really help to see clear evidence of expertise and plans.

Wishing you and your community all the best as you work on this! it is for sure an exciting challenge!

So you’re a $DOG holder new to the forums? You joined an hour ago.

Yes, I am new registered to this forum. I came across it and wanted to share my perspective based on what I’ve seen and heard so far. Just to clarify, I’m not a token holder of any of these projects—it’s not about that for me. My interest lies solely in the IP and how the decision should be made, based on clear criteria.

Emotions, to be honest, don’t matter to me in this context. Even if I were a DOG holder, I wouldn’t need to disclose that for this discussion. What matters here is that we approach this rationally. It’s not about feelings, it’s about showcasing tangible value and a clear plan for this IP. I hope that helps clear things up

So. That’s the second person who neither holds $DOG or $NEIRO but is an IP expert saying Neiro bropump shouldn’t get it.

Appreciate the feedback. It’s great to see so many IP people with knowledge in here voicing their opinions.

But you started your speech by calling us ‘brodump,’ so it’s pretty obvious who you are.

I think you’ve completely misunderstood the context here. This has nothing to do with money or the trading value of any coin. I honestly couldn’t care less… that’s irrelevant to this discussion.

This is about the IP itself and which team can leverage it to create real value, not just for $DOG holders but for the entire ethos of Doing Good Every Day. It’s about driving genuine projects that align with those principles and bring tangible benefits.

So, let’s put aside all this talk about trading and money. Ironically, the only arguments I’ve heard so far accusing others of insider trading or money-grabbing seem to come from people overly focused on exactly that: money. Let’s focus instead on what truly matters—the potential to use this IP for something meaningful and impactful

And we were going so well! With forward moving ideas! Maybe let’s get back to that again?

The current landscape of NEIRO implementations across various chains presents diverse advantages and challenges. To evaluate these implementations effectively, i propose establishing standardized assessment criteria, with particular emphasis on:

  1. Decentralization
  2. Community engagement and message propagation capabilities
    Current Implementation Assessment:
    Ethereum-Based Implementations:
    • Notable centralization concerns on both
    • Trading patterns and liquidity metrics suggest significant market maker influence on taking over shares and suppressing price to take out holder and gain more control
    • General view right now is on less KOL,VC, Cex’s manipulations,…
    Solana Implementation:
    • Limited network effect capabilities
    • Insufficient infrastructure for broader message dissemination
    • No historic potential to propogate Neiro message since inception
    Proposed Solution:
I propose establishing a new, community-driven token implementation that:
    • Unifies existing NEIRO holders
    • Leverages the established “Own the Dog” community infrastructure
    • Implements robust decentralization mechanisms
    • Incorporates fair distribution methods, including potential airdrops to existing “Own the Doge” community

Thank you Peter for making a strong case for the BroPump community. It’s heartening to see you recognising the strength of a truly decentralised community .

The BroPump community is not just a rag tag army of degens. Yes, we probably have a few of those types amongst us. They are what adds the spirit of fun and adventure into a memecoin project. But don’t underestimate our community. I have met doctors, scientists, teachers, people in pharma, accountants, bankers, IT professionals, media professionals from the world of TV and broadcasting, internationally renowned Dog breeders and carers, Project Managers, Marketing Professionals, every walk of life is represented. One thing unites us all.

The BroPump community is not a corporate takeover of Neiro unlike some others. Our motivation is not solely money. The fact that we have the lowest market cap is a testament to our community not deserting at the merest downturn. Any corporation would die and go bankrupt if they were in our situation.
We have talented individuals who are real people with integrity, honesty and passion. We have a strong community. We have an entrepreneurial mindset.

Our community is stepping forward and proposing lots of ways we can work together.

A community who can organise themselves when needed. Look at the sheer numbers who have shown up and contributed to this discussion about the NEIRO IP. We will always be loyal to Atsuko San and NEIRO. Now we have new friends in the OTD DAO and the $DOG community.

A dog is man’s best friend. We’re showing that man can be $DOG’s best friend. We are here and will remain here for the long haul.

We will offer our labour out of love not solely for profit.

Our mission is to guard the legacy and respect the dog and its owner.

We love the dog :dog2:

Everyone Must Win :trophy: (that includes you Peter and your corporate VC colleagues too)

All for one, and one for all.

I’m not claiming to be an IP expert (I did not mention a sentence about beeing an expert) I’m far from it. My comments are simply based on the discussions I’ve observed and the criteria that seem most relevant for deciding the future of this IP.

The point isn’t about whether someone holds $DOG or $NEIRO; it’s about ensuring the IP is managed by a team that can create real value and uphold the ethos of Doing Only Good Every Day. Ownership of tokens doesn’t automatically make someone’s perspective more valid or invalid. it’s the ideas and plans they bring to the table that count.

There’s no need to get defensive. Focus instead on approaching this matter objectively and constructively—it seems like that’s something you’re really struggling with right now

Funny to read this from the guy whose first message here was calling us “brodump”.

First of all, I’d like to sincerely apologise for what I just realised was a typo in one of my earlier messages. That was an entirely unintentional mistake, and I didn’t mean to disrespect the community in any way.

I respect every community that comes forward with a genuine concept and a clear vision. It’s clear that you’re passionate about what you stand for, and I genuinely wish you the best of luck as you move forward. I’m excited to see the ideas your community will bring to the table

Thanks for your respond! I think the key moving forward is to showcase how this passion and community strength can translate into tangible actions and plans that align with the vision of the DAO and Atsuko’s values. Passion is a great foundation, but a clear roadmap with measurable goals will make the strongest case for why the IP should be entrusted to your community.

Looking forward to seeing how this develops
